New Junction Titles IssueD

It has taken almost 4 years since application to the WA Planning Commission, but finally titles for two key properties at New Junction have now issued.

Lot 811 is the 5,325m2 site opposite the Catalyst building on Junction Parade, and lot 9501 is a 2,550 m2 site on Morrison Rd adjacent to Australia Post and proposed Grandstand Way to the west.

The application also creates Grandstand Way, running between Morrison Road and Junction Parade, part of Hillview Terrace which runs between Grandstand Way and Sayer Street, and part of Verde Lane, running between Junction Parade and The Crescent.

Residential Park is also substantially created, its final configuration requires the rear portion of Australia Post and the Honda Shop.
