Title for lot 821 – the short stay site – issue

Following the demolition of the Senior Citizens building, the title for the new lot 821 has issued.

Incorporating the old Senior Citz. site and the adjoining 3 sites, the new lot 821 is 3,711m2.

Zoned Midland Activity Centre, the Council endorsed Midland Oval Redevelopment Master Plan shows the preferred uses as hospitality and serviced apartments.

Part of lot 819, the future Piazza, was also created. The final piece of the Piazza land amalgamation was Councils resolution to purchase two properties in The Crescent. This now completes the land necessary to create the Piazza lot and also the community purpose building on The Crescent.
