Work Commences on sewer relocation for sale of land to Swan Valley Fresh

As part of the land sale to Swan Valley Fresh for their redevelopment, the City undertook to re route the sewer main that currently run through the property.

Westline Civil have been contracted to re route the sewer main under the proposed Trackside Entrance and connect at Junction Parade. Other works include re routing the sewer connection points from the rear of 22, 24 and 26 Junction Parade to the front.

Works are anticipated to take 5 months, with some disruption to on site parking.

The design of Trackside Entrance is in progress, with tenders for construction of this and Grandstand Way expected to be awarded later this year.
