Works under Contract completed so far includes site mobilisation and establishment, installation of sub soil drainage and majority of the electrical groundworks.

The City received grant funding from Lotterywest and on 7th of November 2019, the grant certificate presentation was held on site with Hon Simone McGurk MLA.

Construction and widening of The Avenue, Midland
Project Updates:

The construction of The Avenue is split into 2 stages

Stage 2 Civil works is now well advanced with drainage, road base and kerbing now in place. Due for completion in early 2020.

Stage 1 construction will commence early in 2020 and will take approximately 14 weeks to complete.
